Workflow ProLast updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of WORKFLOW Pro (the “App”), a construction project management, job costing, and field operations platform operated by Workplace Pro (“we,” “us”). By logging in or otherwise using the App, you agree to these terms.
Access is by invitation only, granted by an administrator at your employer or the organization that engaged you (a general contractor, vendor, or client). Your access level, and what you can see or do inside the App, is controlled entirely by that organization’s administrators.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell an administrator right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
The App includes a time clock feature. When you clock in, clock out, or while you remain clocked in, the App may record your device’s GPS location to verify job-site presence and support accurate payroll and job costing. This only happens while you are actively using the time clock feature — see the Privacy Policy for details on how this data is used and who can see it.
Photos taken through the App for inspections, work verification, or job documentation are stamped with the date and time, and the location is recorded separately for verification purposes. These photos are visible to your organization’s administrators and anyone else your organization grants access to the relevant project.
Don’t use the App to violate any law, misrepresent hours worked or work performed, access data you haven’t been granted permission to see, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App.
Organizations using the App may connect third-party services such as Gusto (payroll) or QuickBooks Online (accounting). When connected, relevant data — such as hours worked or project cost allocations — may be shared with those services at the organization’s direction. We aren’t responsible for those third parties’ own terms or practices.
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, and we’re not liable for delays, data loss, or errors arising from outages, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms should be directed to your organization’s administrator, who can route them to us.
